"Dorothy and her mom was very nice and helpful. Expedia you all dropped the ball big time. The GM that was on duty Tuesday made no attempt to address my concerns or even talk to me and Declan who was another manager not on site made no attempt to address my concern. "I feel bad having to leave a poor review overall as the owner was very accomodating and resjponsive but there are some big concerns I wish I had known before I rented. On the accurate side, the location is outstanding. I had seen the cottage on a previous trip and knew we wanted to be smack on the boardwalk. It is before season so the beach was all ours. Kitchen and bathroom are dated but clean.
On the " not good but maybe not a dealbreaker given the location" was the shabbiness- inadequate...
