"Views were absolutely phenomenal, don't think there is a single room without a great view. Accommodations are simple, but well executed. Beds were comfy, breakfast (included in my stay) was awesome, and the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and nothing but kind and helpful. Perfect location right below the Allmendhubel. 100% would stay here again. Traveled with a toddler and felt super comfortable."

"Parking is in a city around 1000 meters below Mürren. You have to 10 CHF for parking per day as well as 23.40 CHF round trip to use the Gondola unles you want to commit to a 3 hour hike. After you take the Gondola then hotel is only. 1/4 mile walk up hill to the Grand Palace. Hotel also had no A/C. The hotel itself is beautiful with friendly staff and a gorgeous view of the alps. "

"The staff was warm and friendly. They also provided excellent suggestions of good hikes and ways to spend our days in the area. The rooms were small but adequate. They also had a great barbecue and dinner at a very reasonable extra charge. The property was very pretty and well maintained."

"Excellent value for money. The rooms were recently updated and modern. We made a mistake in booking a double room instead of a triple, and the owner went our of her way to get a spare bed for our daughter. They have an excellent restaurant too. It was summer but the room had an electric fan which helped a lot. A/C was not needed at all, at night the temperature was cold. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future. "

Perfekt base til en forlænget weekend med mange vandreture i bjergene (Männlichen, Kleine Scheidegg og foden af Eiger). Lækker morgenmad og aftensmad med fint udvalg og høj kvalitet. "We absolutely loved our stay! The room was spotless and had little closets to hang our clothes, the hotel staff were super friendly and extra helpful, and the view from our terrace was stunning. A short walk to the train station and a grocery market near by just gave us everything we were looking for during our stay in the Burner Oberland area. Thank you!"
