"I enjoyed my stay. I was with my adult daughter. When it sleeps 3, I was under the impression that there were 3 beds. There was a queen size and a small sofa. I would say the sofa was large enough for a 10-12 year old. Fortunately she is petite, but I would maybe suggest a slightly larger sofa bed as a 3rd bed.
