"Check in - Katastrophe, verwirrende PIN WLAN- miserabel - dauernd disconnect - kaum Empfang. Kühlschrank war aus bei 35 grad Hitze. Lichter zu bedienen weil zu viele verschiedene schlecht programmierte Schalter ein Horror. Geldverschwendung."

"Die Wohnung ist großzügig und sehr gut aufgeteilt. Die Einrichtung ist stylisch, kreativ und ganz gemütlich. Es gibt eine moderne Waschmaschine mit Kurzprogramm, ein Bügelbrett mit Bügeleisen und alle notwendigen Küchengeräte. Das Geschirr ist sehr schön. Das sind die positiven Punkte. Die Einrichtung (besonders in der Wohnküche) ist schon sehr stark abgenutzt und teilweise defekt. Vieles sieht auch einfach verbastelt aus. Das trübt den ersten guten Endruck extrem. - An den Küchenschrank-Türen...

"Ansich ist das Zimmer in Ordnung. Die Straße ist durch die Pflastersteine sehr laut. Da wir eh mit Ohrstöpseln schlafen, war das zumindest nachts kein Problem. Ein Bett quietschte sehr arg. Das schränkt dann schon ein bisschen ein. Parken an der Straße ist nicht möglich, da es sich ringsherum um Bewohnerparkplätze handelt. Da sind die 9 € pro Nacht für den Parkplatz akzeptabel, im Gegensatz zu den Tagespreisen in den Parkhäusern."

"We were surprised by this property in all good ways. Room was HUGE and nicely appointed. Good coffee and refilled water bottles, a wake up call and cab we needed ordered just as we asked when we left, nice lobby and great front desk staff. Convenient to public transport for exploring much of Berlin. Would definitely recommend."

"I stayed in the Freesia apartment for one month and was visited by friends and family for various lengths of time. The most we had in the apartment at any time was five, which was quite comfortable. The location is off a busy street, but the apartment is set back in a much quieter area of the building. The setup is bright and efficient.The rooms were simply but comfortably furnished. "This property was fantastic. The communication we received before, during and after our stay was great. So much thought went into everything, complementary drinks when we arrived, and thank you gift on leaving. The apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean and had everything you could need. We are a family of 6 (4 children) and they have already asked if we can stay at Bensimon if we ever visit Berlin again! Can’t recommend it highly enough, thank you!"
