"Staff was very helpful. Room was great and very comfortable. Bathroom was state of the art (except our towel warmer didn’t work). Plus the bathroom had a USB socket, EU socket and Swiss socket. " Beautiful view from our room, This is a dated hotel, in a very beautiful spot. Has a nice pool, no hot tub, Sauna available upon request with 1 hour reservation. "This was probably the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. You CANNOT beat the view here. Right on the lake with gorgeous mountains in the background, tucked away at the bottom of a hill so you feel so secluded. The staff was wonderful as well and made sure we had everything we needed. "We stayed one night at this hotel and really enjoyed it. From the check in process, to check out, everything was flawless. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It felt like we were taken care of. The room itself is very clean and cozy. Everything you need is there. The hotel also offers laundry services, which was very helpful for our travel. "Excellent value for money. The rooms were recently updated and modern. We made a mistake in booking a double room instead of a triple, and the owner went our of her way to get a spare bed for our daughter. They have an excellent restaurant too. It was summer but the room had an electric fan which helped a lot. A/C was not needed at all, at night the temperature was cold. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will stay again in the future. "
