"The hotel and the room were clean. Hilton properties are always well laid out. That's why I like to stay there. When we checked in they didnt have our reservation that we booked on Expedia, so we had to struggle with finding a number that worked for the hotel to bring our reservation up. My biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The breakfast was supposed to open at 7am and instead didnt open until 710am. There was a group waiting for breakfast to open. "Upon check in the lobby smelled of wet dog. They asked for a card to be put on file for incidentals and the card reader wasn’t working. So they had to manually enter it somewhere on their computer. We were given our room key and upon approaching our room the door was cracked open. We entered and the room smelled of cigarettes.
