"Great location. Now the rest....If you're looking for a quiet place to stay in Houston, this is not it. Granted our stay was over Halloween weekend, but seeing that there are bars and clubs less than a block away leads me to believe that it's all the time. I guess I can say that the one good thing about this property is the comfortable beds. But bring earplugs because nights are extremely noisy. The No Party and Quiet Hours per the rules on the booking make it sound like it may be a quiet place...

"Lovely spot, a little far away from everything but we loved that. Perfect midway between Seattle and Portland. Amenites were great. Owners were lovely. Keep in mind there is no bathroom, but the outhouse was clean and fully stocked. Overall would stay again. :)"

"Great location for visiting my dad at Cooper Point. Lovely complex, kid friendly, didn’t need a thing, all amenities were there. It was clean and cozy. Host Don was a dream to work with. We will be back! "
