"I paid almost $900 for two nights. Friday-Sunday. $40 charge on hold I get that. But did not realize that you had to pay to park your car in the parking lot that is designated for your hotel specifically. $10 a day. Breakfast Saturday morning was chaotic. I’m not pork eater they had turkey sausage option on the buffet but only 1 tong for bacon, pork sausage and turkey sausage. So people using same tong with every single meats anyway it’s easy to fix. "The staff were helpful and the pool was our favorite part. Our room was right by the elevator so it was loud. The blackout curtains let a lot of light in and didn’t really allow us to sleep in much. "Did not appreciate self parking charges per day I think that is absolutely ridiculous when you're already paying to stay in a room and a parking lot is part of the facility that's just not right in my opinion.
The facility was great the service was great everything was exceptionally well but the only other complaint that I would add to that parking is the parking lot is a very long walk with all of your luggage and there were not enough dumb waiters available for the amount of influx of staying...

"Having a private beach with an on-site restaurant and outside bar was a plus. The included breakfast is what you would expect: the waffle machine, two types of cereal, juice, machine, some oranges, and bread. Was okay but nothing to write home about. Cannot speak for all the rooms, but the AC in mine was extremely noisy. Even earplugs were of little help. Price seemed high for the property but I guess it’s all about the ‘island’ vibe."
