"Zimmer sauber aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen - vor allem im Bad sichtbar. Lange Wartezeiten an der Rezeption, weil Mitarbeiterin alleine und anscheinend ganz alleine, da sie sich um Sachen kümmern musste, die in ganz anderen Bereichen liegen."

"If you are in a jam, it's a bed. No hot water, small towels, no shampoo, no lamps - one overhead light, bathroom floor small height difference so you stub your toes multiple times, door lock got me stuck inside for 10 minutes, no phone in room to call front desk, elevator was broken. Good luck."

"Die Unterkunft ist sehr zu empfehlen es ist nur von Vorteil ein Zimmer zu buchen was nicht an der Straßenseite liegt da dort das Billardcafe gegenüber ist und gerade zum Wochenende etwas lauter werden könnte,sonst war alles in Ordnung"

"When we arrived I stay demanded 100 Euros for a daily tax. They would not give us a receipt because they didn’t know how much the daily tax would be as it fluctuates on a daily based. The person at the front desk wasn’t able to articulate when we would know the city tax rate. Nor when the rate and total amount would be resolved. Please reply to this issue once it’s resolved. "The hotel is conveniently located next to bus, tram and S bahn stations making it easy to use public transport to and from the airport and city centre. The breakfast was very good with a variety of hot and cold food. The gym was well equipped too."

"The rooms are well appointed with basic amenities, coffee, tea, cream and sugar. Shampoo and conditioner, multiple charging outlets where you need them, supplies available for restocking the kitchenette and linens. Check in and out easy and communication with staff before and during the stay was excellent through the app."

"A fantastic stay with all you need for an overnight (and longer) stay in Berlin. The check-in process was smooth and upon request on the day, the host let us check-in early, which was fantastic. An excellent location with public transport and grocery stores nearby. Highly recommend that you visit the Boxhagener Platz area for dinner, drinks or a nice stroll."

"Really lovely staff for check-in. We did not realise the reception is fully shut until 3pm, so we ended up sat outside but that wasn’t at fault of the hotel, just something to be aware of! There is a convenience store around the corner and is very close to the metro station. We found the location good and also affordable. Our room was very spacious and comfortable, slept well. Would definitely stay again if back in Berlin!"
