"We were given a tiny room at the top of the hotel which we weren’t happy with but after asking if we could move we were shown two other rooms by Maggie who was very helpful. Our new room was much bigger and brighter although quite old fashioned it was very clean but the bed was uncomfortable. The location was great, very close to the centre. Breakfast was very good and all the staff were friendly and helpful. "

"The room was clean and the staff were very courteous. The room was spacious. I asked for two twin beds and the beds were right next to each other and there was no way to separate the beds. It would be better if the beds could be separated and were further apart when traveling with friends. Also a kettle in the room would be nice. We enjoyed our stay, The staff were great."

"The main reason for my bad review is the staff. I’ve never experienced rude, and offensive staff members who actually use bad language to their customers. I would honestly discourage people from staying here or having a romantic get away: - rooms are basic - shower and sink are in the bedroom - not in the bathroom - electric plug next to bed was broken - I went to their restaurant- which was subpar and they made a huge issue for me finishing up a bottle of water I walked in with.
