"The front desk wasn’t informative or friendly at check in. I had to ask questions about simple things that should’ve been said like room number, location of elevators how parking works. I had to ask the questions about parking, how it works and than added it for an additional fee."

"The hotel was very dated and the room was not very clean. We found a roach immediately when we walked into the room. The sheets didn’t look clean. We arrived at night, and the parking lot was very dark. We were supposed to stay for four nights; however, we decided to leave the following morning. The hostess was very friendly and understanding when we checked out after only one night."

"I never stayed. The staff was very helpful with canceling the reservation after I READ the reviews. how others felt unsafe and how it felt like a homeless shelter. I could not take chances with mine nor my families lives. I paid a few bucks more for safety and comfort."

"Room was clean. The bathtub appeared to be newer, but there wasn't a rubber mat, nor anything stuck to the bottom of the tub to keep people from slipping, sliding and falling. I fell once while trying to bend over to get the soap for washing and then again while I was hanging onto the handicap bar and trying to turn around to get rinsed off. We put a towel on the tub floor to keep from slipping. I informed the front desk when I checked out."

"After staying at Quality Inn Philadelphia, I didn’t think a hotel could be worse. This place managed to be worse. Nothing worked. No tv, no working outlets for charging our devices, no working telephone to reach front desk and when I reached them on my cell phone, they didn’t care. I stayed because I needed rest and sleep so I put up with it. In the morning I was denied breakfast for being a minute after 9 late. Do not stay here."
