"Everything was actually nice EXCEPT we didn’t pay close enough attention (neither did the other couple on our floor) because there is no bathroom. There is a shared bathroom in the hallway. "

"The location was perfect. Walking distance to all site seeing amenities. The room was very clean and tidy. I slept so good. The girl at the front desk (Ana) was very knowledgeable on the area. She saved me time by teaching me to take the ferry instead of driving all the way around."

"Clean rooms, they have windows that actually open to get fresh air. Very helpful and convenient to have breakfast and to have it until 10am. It saved us a lot on time and food, especially traveling with kids. Staff was decent. The garbage at breakfast was getting full, so I had politely let the girl at the front know so that she can get it changed out so the rest of the guest can throw away their trash. "I accidentally did 2 booking not realizing it was non refundable and couldn’t get my money back even tho I cancelled it immediately so I pretty much payed double for my stay which really sucks. One of the elevators didn’t work at all the whole we were there we have to wait over 5 minutes each time for an elevator.
