"Although we had a brief stay, It was a lovely and comfy stay. Josiah was extremely responsive to my many questions. And the instructions from checkin to check out were clear to follow. Location was super close to where we were working and had a lot of yummy food nearby. I highly recomend this place for anyone visiting Seattle."

"Crumbs and dog hair all over carpet. Upstairs tenant was extremely loud the whole entire 48 hrs of my stay. Blew cigarette smoke at us every time we came in the front entrance while he was outside smoking. Not an accurate description or photos, don’t waste your money."

"Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing and I would not return. The property requirements felt extremely high maintenance. Even after uploading my ID and credit card information twice through their verification link, I was still required to continue texting additional information before check-in. The walls were very thin, and another guest arrived around 3:30 AM, which made it difficult to get any restful sleep. The cleanliness was also below expectations — the filtered water container...

"It was a decent place. Rooms were fine. Lighting was a bit odd where you have to insert your room keycard for the lights to stay on but i guess i get it. Breakfast was mediocre. Fresh fruit was probably the best option. Garage seemed a bit expensive for the area. If you're on the side of the hotel by Aurora Ave, traffic can be a bit loud. "

It was a clean room with two twin beds and a sink with a mirror and fridge. Super basic. If you have food left over, like produce, you can leave it in the fridge for someone to enjoy. Bathrooms are community, but well maintained, updated and again basic. They provide clean towels. Again super lovely to stay, quiet.. and...

"Locally owned and ran by a friendly couple. The room was clean. It was a bit cold when I first got in but turning up the baseboard heaters helped that. The floor was a bit chilly to walk on. One of the chairs upholstery was dirty. All bedding and linens were clean and cozy. The bathroom was small but clean. Not appropriate if you need a handicap bathroom but worked well for this single traveller. Also had a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, a table and 2 chairs, and a little kitchenette...

"The staff goes way out of their way to accomodate you and make sure you have a great stay. We were pretty needy at one point and they were amazing with helping us. There is a gentleman working the desk who was the absolute best and I wish I had his name, but he is from California and was better to us then most places have ever been. If you get a chance to stay here, it's cute and has amazing staff! "

"Bottom line up front, I would definitely stay here again. It’s in an excellent location at a fair price. The communication was top notch and it was very clean. I was fine with it, but it is a little dated and needs some small touch ups, but they were minimal and didn’t bother me at all. "
