"Jacki had the place as promised. Neat , clean and organized - tidy .. the charm of the cottage was wonderful !! The location was perfect !! Sleeping was fantastic. "Being a dog friendly home, you would never know that animals were in that house. It was extremely clean and very easy to find. The host is fantastic. I forgot my earnings on the nightstand and she very responsive and mailed them to me. 10/10 the perfect distance from the race track too! "

"We really enjoyed our weekend getaway with our teen and our beloved dog on Lake George. It was a perfect leaf-peeping getaway in a cute town with great food, and plenty of dog-friendly spots to shop and dine even in rainy weather and fireworks on the lake Friday night. We were even able to eat inside in a heated area on the waterfront and enjoy the lake view at night with the dog! The condo was spotless and everything was modern and like new. "Fishing was great, sm mouth bass here with beautiful flat rocks that made it easy to get around. The surroundings were awsome with views of remnants of an old paper mill right across the river. You can watch tubers come down sacandaga river where it meets hudson river. When tide is low safe to swim definitely able to dip in pockest to get wet. Too cold still. "Even though the weather didn’t cooperate, we had an amazing weekend enjoying the house and location. We went kayaking, built campfires, grilled barbecue and comfortably fit everyone in the family room to watch movies and sports! "

"The property was pretty and private, with a beautiful view. Very quiet town. The cabin was clean, updated, and nicely decorated. Our kids loved sleeping in the loft! The owner was very friendly and checked in with us when we arrived. There was a storm the night before we were to check out and they had the driveway plowed quickly. They were also nice enough to offer a later check out time to make sure we could leave safely. Close to Oak Mountain for skiing!Definitely recommend!"

"This was the perfect place for us to stay. My mom lives in the neighborhood and it made it easy for us to visit with her and our other family members. The home is very neat and clean with everything you need to be comfortable! I highly recommend staying here. I hope to continue booking there when I’m in town."

"To say this stay was perfect would seem exaggerated to some but to me it seems it doesn’t to it justice! Choosing the cabin as a first time “off-grid” goer was a bit intimidating but with WiFi a few walks away and the views made me forget about that. The hot shower and the bathroom steps away was exceptional to offer on this type of getaway. To be in this privacy of a property with this type of view is something you don’t just get to experience so easily, I know this because I have been to many...

"We went up for an extended weekend, and the photos of this place did not do it justice!! The view from the home was absolutely beautiful! My wife and friends were beyond pleased with this great find!! If you have the opportunity to rent this place, I would suggest you do!! Peaceful and quiet and again the view is beautiful!"
