"Pool was good. Hair dryer broken, they did bring another the next day. Woke up to my windshield broken. They are not responsible. Manager said he would review the cameras and call me back. Never heard from him. "

"The elevator was not working. The staff were really kind and accommodating which is the ONLY positive thing I have to say about the property. The room was sticky and hot and never fully cooled down the entire 2 night stay. There’s a window ac unit and it just blew regular(non cooled) air the whole time. For the price it was ridiculous and I wouldn’t recommend staying here to anyone. "

"First of all, the room as well as the bathroom were dirty. The sink was used and filthy and there was food (olive and crumbs) under the bed which was disgusting. Unfortunately there is no personnel on site to attend to. We were there for just a weekend and it was my husband's birthday so we didn't have time to figure out how we should address our complaints immediately. Furthermore, the entire house was extremely cold and the guests are not able to adjust the temperature! We were freezing at...
