"Exceptional property, beautifully restored and decorated. Lovely common room for use by guests. Host was very friendly and available. Short walk into town (10 minutes) and only a bit further to a beautiful sandy beach (15 minutes). Delicious breakfast with barrista made coffee and option for home made bread."

"My wife and I had an absolutely delightful time at the farmhouse. The location was absolutely splendid, the evening and accommodations were perfect, and our breakfast was really delicious. "We were touring around and this was a great location, with the beaches of Nairn nearby and good connections to travel wider afield to Inverness and Loch Ness in one direction and Aviemore in the other. The facilities were what you'd expect and we enjoyed the bar and dining in the restaurant on both nights we stayed there - excellent food and service. "Very highly recommended. The hotel has had a spruce up since I was last here and she's looking lovely. Very comfy beds and powerful shower with nice products. Great spa. Food and cocktails both delicious. Everyone super friendly and helpful. With local people coming in to use the pool or have a drink at the bar, it feels like part of the town as well rather than just a tourist enclave. We will be back. "

"What an amazing place to stay. From the cleanliness to comfort to amazing breakfast & the host Helen was really lovely. It felt like home away from home. Would highly recommend The Glen Lyon Lodge. "We were initially very tensed as we are going to Europe for first time. Communicated with the owners (Karen & George), they were very friendly and eased our anxiety. Karen met us after we checked-in and she was very friendly and helpful. My wife and daughter liked the glamping area very much, its safe. I highly recommend if you are planning for a trip to Loch Ness and need a small private atmosphere."
