"Wonderful spot, especially with kids, as the common space has a slide, pirate ship climber, farm animals to see (goats, chickens, ponies) and grass to run on. The glamping cabins were quite clean and "cozy", as you'd expect, but we fit 3 adults and 3 kids in there. We were able to buy some firewood for a cooking fire. Definitely recommended for anyone looking to get a bit of a camping experience. Owners were very friendly as well, and generally available as needed."

"We had a lovely short stay at Macbeth’s Hillock. The cottage was clean, cosy and comfortable, with everything we needed. We mainly stayed there overnight while travelling, but I also cooked dinner there, which worked very well. The location is peaceful, close to local sights, and right next to a farm with beautiful sheep, which made the stay feel even more charming. A very pleasant place for our short stay."

"We had a great time at Sluice Keepers Cottage however the road can be noisy during the day but the cottage is blissfully quiet at night and that is the main thing. "DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY. The phone number listed is out of service and there is NO WAY to contact anyone at this property, as it is managed by a third party. I booked 2 nights, tried to get ahold of someone to give us keys and instructions on how to check in and the phone number doesn't work. I contacted the property through Expedia and the management company got back to me 36 hours later. In the meantime, we had to drive 40 minutes out of Inverness to even find a hotel for the first night and...
