"The descriptions, and the house are exactly as described. The neighborhood is quiet and most conveniences are a really short drive away.Myranda was quick to respond to any questions we had and easy to work with for check in. "We thoroughly enjoyed this house. It is an adorable two story 3 bedroom house that was perfect for our family. There was plenty of room downstairs to hang out together. The house is older so the floor creaks a bit, but it is updated very nicely with modern decor. The house had all the essentials we needed like dish soap, towels, hair dryer, etc. It was very close to Bethel College so I would highly recommend it for families visiting their college student. "Our family was attending our grandson's college graduation. When we were looking for a place to stay during our visit we were unable to find housing close to the college at a reasonable price. We chose to look at VRBO properties in reasonable distance to the college. We found this home to be ideal for us. Everything worked out perfectly. This was our first experience with VRBO but certainly not our last. "

"We stayed for a wedding. House was very nice. Would recommend some extra essentials like trash bags, iron board, scrub brush for dishes, some spices since we were there for multiple days. They did accommodate our late check out."

"The treehouse was fun and very clean and our check-in instructions were easy to follow. The downsides were that we stayed in the winter and because it’s a treehouse it was pretty cold on the bottom level away from the heater. The top level that had the bedroom was plenty warm. It is also a farm so roosters do crow at 5:30am, so sleeping in may or may not be an option! Also, the ranch cart does not work too well in cold conditions so you may have to walk a bit in the cold. "This is a junk house. I cancelled and checked out immediately after seeing the room with torn curtains not hanging on the valance, non functional TV. Cigarette butts all over the grounds. I could go on."

"It was just disgusting and we ended up not staying. We booked through VRBO looking for a place we could stay with pets. This was very scary area and just bad. The “massage parlor” in the hotel was just the last straw. Lol "

"This hotel stay was decent, but honestly, for the price, I would have preferred to stay elsewhere. The place is really run down - the window in our room was broken, so we had to listen to howling wind all night. The area was close to everything we needed and the hotel staff was super nice. Would stay again if we had too, but prefer not too. "

"This is a great place to stay while we were in town visiting family. Lots of room and decorated tastefully. It’s great for couples, families or even a business trip since it has a dedicated office. Convenient location with highways close by to get to any part of town. I definitely recommend and we’ll be back on a future trip."
