"We had a great week here July 2025. Nice that there’s a cafe restaurant in the building in case you don’t feel like leaving for food. Not the most perfect, nice place but… the price reflects that. We came for the beach not to sit in our room, and this is right on the beach. Understand that all of the rentals down here are a constant revolving door with little or no time to clean perfectly or make repairs between guests during the busy season no matter where you stay. Take that into consideration...

"I was impressed. The place was bug free and clean. There condo isn't a 5 star resort and has some cosmetic outliers but everything functioned properly. For what we wanted out of the place, and what we got, it earned 5 stars. Recommendations would be to add some better cookware and replace the board games. Great place to stay and cost effective considering its right across from the beach. "

"My family of 17, ranging in age from 11-93 years, thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property in Cherry Grove. The location was superb with only a couple minutes walk to the beach as well as the Cherry Grove pier. The layout of the house was great with plenty of room for everyone to eat and watch tv together or have their own space when they wanted. The property manager was phenomenal and addressed any issues we had immediately and to our satisfaction. We would definitely choose to stay here...

"Overall the location and accomodation was great but the house is very tired on the outside and needs some TLC. Inside the space is great, the beds were very comfortable but some of the appliances need attention. The hot tub does not get hot and althought the owners tried to tell us thats the way it is supposed to be...we found out differently from the pool service person."
