Everything was just great! Kitchen and appliances , and all accessories were conveniently available. Condo was clean and very accessible to beach, restaurants and just everything that one needs on vacation. We needed to use washer and dryer and no issues in doing so. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in all aspects.

Great location but ...

Location was excellent, quiet with great views of ocean. Condo definitely needs updating. On arrival no paper products or soaps had been provided as advertised but after a call some was delivered. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful and relaxing

This property was in the perfect location for our family vacation. There were a couple things that needed attention upon arrival but the agency was already aware of the issues because of the property inspector and they were prompt in fixing them. We all felt extremely comfortable throughout our entire stay and would stay here again if we make our way back to Myrtle Beach.

Perfect location, but...

The overall property is well maintained. Love the location to the beach . Kitchen is well stocked with appliances. Plenty of towels and wash clothes. However, the unit itself was not as clean and I would have expected. The mirrors were streaked, there were cobwebs in the corner of the bedrooms. The floors look new, but were a little gritty. The furniture needs to be upgraded, it is a little grungy.

Good getaway

This place was just as advised. Beautiful view of the beach. There was plenty of room for my family with 2 infants. The parking garage across the road had plenty of room. The place was pretty clean but the floor was still pretty dirty and there was quite a bit of dust. Overall though it was really nice and I wouldn't be afraid to stay here again.

Condo was perfect for our family

The location of the property was perfect! Loved the view from large balcony. It was a quick trip to either the beach or pool! Really appreciated the pool was covered for the day it rained during our stay. One of the bedrooms/bathrooms was a tad on the cramped side, but it fit our needs for sleeping. There were plenty of dishware and seating for meals. The parking was a bit tight for large vehicles, I witnessed a few cars hit the pillars of the parking deck. Only big complaint was some of the neighbors did smoke frequently off the balconies and the people to our right kept firing off airsoft guns from their balcony.

Beautiful condo with a beautiful view

We were on the 2nd floor and it was beautiful. The balcony was large enough for everyone to stand and view the ocean. The area is quiet and family friendly. The pool is covered above and we were still swimming while the summer showers were coming down. The walk to the beach is short and they have a hard improved pathway leading out to the beach. Everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space to enjoy each other’s company. We would definitely choose this condo again.

Windy Hill getaway

Rooms were nice. The cleaning could be better. There was sand all over the floor in the bathroom which had a queen sized bed. As soon as I walked into the condo I could see sand along the left of the hallway. The glass tops on the tables looked like they had never been cleaned. One day the 3 females in our party went out to eat and the 1 male with us decided to stay behind. When we came back he had swept the floors and cleaned as much as he could.

Disappointed

We were extremely saddened because it was listed as having a heated pool from April to October …we were booked for six weeks and when we left on April 20th, the pool still wasn’t open! You couldn’t even lay in the loungers by the pool. We were three adults in our 70’s and looked forward to be able to exercise our broken bodies! The kitchen was well supplied, new floors were wonderful, location awesome, however, the furniture was nasty filthy and broken down, beds very uncomfortable as well, windows and shades were dirty, and the ceiling fans and vents were dirty too.

View and beach were excellent.

Condo carpeting and sofa needed cleaning or replaced. Kitchen floor tiles were missing . We would live to rent again after cleaning and or replacement of floors .

Great location

Some hits some misses. You are hard pressed to find a better location and direct unobstructed view of the ocean. It’s great. Inside are some misses. The carpet is very dirty and needs to be replaced. We were told the owner has plans to replace the carpet with vinyl flooring as soon as an opportunity presents itself. The realty company is great. The fan in the master bedroom died so we contacted the realty company and within 24 hours it was replaced. Top notch response!! The master bedroom bed is a sleep number but the air pump did not work. There were no remotes to fill the bladder and looking at the pump unit under the bed we saw what may have been a pump switch but it did not work. Finally when you come in the front door there is white ceramic tile all the way to the kitchen counter several of those tiles were loose and actually buckled up. Again the realty company was called and they responded quickly. I have no doubt they made the appropriate repairs. As with any property things will happen. The carpet is to be replaced and the tiles repaired or replaced. All the appliances worked well. Plenty of ice, AC and Heat worked great. Full kitchen has most everything you need. Would I stay here again? Yes most definitely. The building is quiet, in a great location big beach area and wonderful views. Most importantly you have a realty company that manages the unit and they are on top of things.

Nice location, but could have been cleaner

The location is great, right on the beach! The check-in process was very easy. However, I feel like the cleaning could have been better. There was quite a bit of black mildew in the master shower from the doors not being cleaned. I had to buy my own cleaning spray. The jacuzzi tub jets has not been cleaned in a long while either. I think the location is nice, but I would definitely advise getting a better cleaning crew. I would also suggest maybe leaving starter kits for guest, like small dishwashing and laundry detergent. I did like that there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets, and the kitchen appliance were great.

Happy and Sad

Loved the view and set up of the condo. Pool was small and underneath the building so it was a little chilly and dark. Condo needs a good cleaning. Carpet and sofas are stained and dirty. Bathrooms had mold all over the showers and vents. We had a wonderful time, but will not book this condo again

Good place to stay

Not a ton to review here. The place has the things you need for a stay, much more than you'd find at a hotel. (unless you're looking for someone to cook your breakfast! ) The proximity to the beach was fantastic; a short elevator ride. The building was quiet, not like a hotel. All 3 bedrooms have their own bathroom. In other reviews I saw some complaints: The dishwasher does work if you read that it doesn't; it looked new. The balcony was very useable. Looked to be newly painted and there were no problems with the furniture or the door. Negatives: The master bedroom ceiling fan only blows up, not down at the bed and was very wobbly and noisy. We didn't use it. The mgmt company had someone over within a couple of hours to look at it though. The cleaning company could be more thorough. But I've checked into worse, nothing that should make you stay away from this place. Parking is tight. The overflow lot is just across and down the street though, not far. The dumpster for garbage is behind that overflow parking, not super convenient, but again, not far. It is older and could use some updating. But everything worked, nothing was broken down and/or unuseable. These negatives are just so you are informed and not meant to be critical of the property or the management co. I really liked this place. It was a last minute find and worked out great for us. I would stay here again.

Beautiful North Myrtle Beach

The condo is a great size unfortunately there are several items that need to be addressed first of which is the air vents they need a good cleaning looks like a mold issue. Second is the master bedroom shower there is mold all around the shower door. Overall the apartment needs a through cleaning. Minor issue there is no usable seating on the balcony metal chairs that are encrusted with rust.
