"We arrived earlier than expected. We were able to get in but not into our room. We really need restroom but there isn’t one outside of the rooms. We sent a message asking if we could get in but never received a response. Our room was comfortable. Getting in and out of the tub shower was challenging for me as I have short legs. "What a fantastic find. The location is little tucked away from downtown Ashland, but an easy five minute drive Lovely grounds, excellent staff, wonderful service. A great experience!"

"It is a beautiful property. We stayed in the little trailer, glamp cottage and it was so cute. Also enjoyed the private hot tub provided. We did some wine tasting, a flight of white and a flight of reds and enjoyed their fabulous cork and fork dinner. The location is beautiful. My travelling companion said if she didn’t know better she would think she was in Switzerland."

"Very straight forward, reliably clean and comfortable. The location is a little set apart from the main street of Ashland but the quick trip made it worth it to have a newer, cleaner room. Every member of the staff was perfectly accommodating. I would stay here again for sure."

"Friendly staff! Easy access from the freeway(but no freeway noise). There are two EV chargers at the property and I was lucky enough to get one of them, so I started with a fully charged battery the next morning, which was awesome. Our room was spacious & clean. The property as a whole is slightly dated, but well maintained. It has a nice dog area and the residential street around the corner is very good for walking your dog as well. "Had a wonder stay with Gloria and Cecil. The attention to detail and friendliness was genuine. They recommended some great restaurants in the area which were walkable that turned out to be fantastic. They were so kind snd welcoming. The breakfast was a huge plus and so good. 10/10 experience with the Lady Geneva Bed and Breakfast. Communication by them was also top notch with easy parking directions. "

"The staff was extremely accommodating and met every one of my requests with a smile. There is a fridge and Keurig in the room, no microwave. Bottled water and water in the lobby are available, towels at the pool are provided, breakfast rings until 1030am (thank you!). A/C works like a champ. Everything closes at 10pm. EVERYTHING (except the gift shop lol)- No pool, no food, no bar, no fire pits. I did experience extremely noisy families running up and down the hall before 8am on Saturday and...
