"The only Complaint I have is we waited quite some time to get checked in at 10pm. Like 30 minutes with the line. Aside from that the rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful, and it was quiet and safe. The shuttle to the airport was prompt and easy to use and find with the online instruction. We will stay here again. "

"Got stuck at O'Hare when our flight was canceled. Stayed at the Sonesta for the night till we returned to airport. We had no luggage. They provided us with toothbrushes. toothpaste, razor and shaving cream. Definitely helped to make an awful night much better. Didn't get the name of the young man that took care of us at 11:45pm, but he was wonderful!"

I also recently visited simply Sonesta in Pittsburgh and I had the same great experience They offer five star customer service. at a 3 star hotel . The room was clean, extremely efficient. Viajabamos con mis papás que son mayores de edad, nuestro vuelo aterrizó 8 am y nos permitieron un early check-in donde pudieron descansar. "Fabulous stay in lovely apartments with great amenities.. can be noisy as expected in a city but almost on top of a railway line "

"I needed a place to stay for the night as i missed my connecting flight due to weather. This was a lovely place to rest. Short distance to the airport, a very convenient shuttle, and a good burger and fries at the bar. Highly recommend for anyone in a similar situation!"

"Stayed here to attend a show at the arena next door and it was perfect. Loved being able to walk to the show and not deal with traffic. Also loved watching all the airplanes fly overhead (fun in that terrifying sort of way). Room was clean and it was mostly pretty quiet. Front desk staff were very friendly. Would definitely recommend, especially for the main reason listed above. "
