Welcome to Orangeburg Street! This property just went through an extensive renovation and is located adjacent to vibrant Park Circle! This listing features a backyard pool oasis and covered hangout area. Only 10 minutes to Historic Downtown Charleston and 1 mile from Park Circle's bustling nightlife and restaurant line up. This property is ready to unlock your Charleston dream vacation. Also, only 15 minutes to the CHS International Airport!

As you walk into Unit A, you will be greeted with a large open floor plan. The living space features a sofa, loveseat, cozy arm chairs, and smart TV. The living space flows into the kitchen. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and a large island with counter seating. Past the kitchen, walk into the dining space and then onto the back porch with pool views!

The 3 bedrooms all feature comfortable beds, storage for clothes with hanging space, and windows that let in plenty of natural light. Bedroom 1 is adjacent to the living space and has a queen bed. Bedroom 2 is in the middle and has two sets of Bunk Beds. The bunk beds are twin over full mattress size. Bedroom 3 features a queen size bed.

The bathroom is very spacious will be supplied with our soaps, fresh towels, and features a step in shower and double vanity.

The backyard features the pool area, covered hangout space with tables and chairs, turf lawn, and BBQ grill.

Units B, C, & D are all very identical set ups.

As you walk into Unit B, C, & D you will be greeted with an open floor plan. You will enter the unit in the living space which features a sofa and mounted flat screen TV. Past the living space is the full kitchen that is equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast and a small dining table.

The bedroom has a queen bed, a large walk in closet, and an en suite bathroom. The closet has plenty of storage space for your clothes and luggage. The bathroom will be supplied with our soaps, fresh towels, and features a step in shower.

Paradiso is a private club in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle, offering exclusive discounted access for The Boroughs' guests, including the pool, gym, wellness classes, co-working, dining, poolside cabana reservations, social events, and live music. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.

I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.

Hurricane/Weather Policy:
In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

House Policies:
To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
- No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
- No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
- Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
- Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
- Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.
Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

Great place

Property was very clean and we really enjoyed having multiple units. The immediate location around the place wasn’t very pleasant but the drive to down town Charleston was close. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the property.

Amazing retreat for a girls’ reunion weekend

This is the perfect compound for large groups - the big communal family room/kitchen with three little independent casitas made sure everyone had their own space with sufficient fridge and freezer capacity. The pool was amazing. The proximity to the restaurants and bars in Park Circle was great - we loved our two-night stay so much and I would totally recommend this to anyone looking to accommodate big groups. Thank you for an amazing weekend!
