"Beautiful little lake home. Love the view from the front porch. There is an eagle nest across the bay so we enjoyed watching all of the nature with the binoculars from the nice dock benches. Kitchen had everything you need to make meals. Day trip to Franconia sculpture garden was great. Great communication with the host. A very comfortable stay! "

"Very nice place, very cozy. Great place for kids. They have their own place to sleep, Plenty of room in the house for six adults. Everything you needed was available, supplies, etc. would be nice to have a bigger yard for the kids to play and sleep outside in the tents , nice docks but alittle wiggly , and no paddle boat( it was wreaked by other renters ). Otherwise great place to hang with 10 family members for a week. Lots of fish was caught too. We booked a trip to this place for next...

"Oh my goodness! We had an amazing time! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It was incredibly charming and cozy. The dock was serene and calming. We can’t wait to come back here soon!"

"The property was located on a private lake with almost no boat traffic and our grandkids totally enjoyed the multiple "water toys" they provided. We enjoyed the home with lots of room for our group of 17. The grandkids are asking when they can go back again! "

"This cabin was in a great location and perfect for a family to stay at. This cabin has everything you could need for your stay. Would definitely stay here again! The host was very easy to get in contact with and very friendly!"

"I have stayed in a lot rental properties around the world and very nice hotels. The Roney House, is one of the best. It is quality, comfortable, inviting, very well done while keeping the historic feel. It is the only place I have stayed that I couldn't wait to write a review. We were there for a family wedding and didn't have a lot of free time to relax and enjoy the front porch, only enough for a morning coffee.
