"Loved the restaurant and bar next door. There was a huge wet spot on the carpet in my room next to the air conditioner. I notified the hotel and they took care of it but left behind 2 air filters next to the TV. My room did not smell good."

"severe issues with my stay Gallery Bethesda 2 for the dates of August 7-9. After driving 14 hours from Wisconsin to drop my daughter off at Howard University, my family and I arrived exhausted and looking forward to relaxing. Instead, we have encountered a series of unacceptable problems.
First, the garage key was missing from my check-in envelope. While customer service offered a reimbursement for alternative parking, I should not have to pay out-of-pocket for an amenity I already covered....

"This hotel is part of the University’s student apartment building. So not a typical hotel. The “studio” is huge with many rooms.
Suggestion for improvements: install curtains; add box of tissues; change the door lock"
