"We stayed at the new dawn for my husband and I wedding weekend that was held down the street at the surf club on the sound. My family and I were all able to stay together, whilst enjoying the beautiful property. I’d highly recommend "

"I live in a nearby town and was hosting thanksgiving for 30 people. I needed a nice place for my mom, siblings and nieces to stay and this was perfect. Very comfortable rooms, bright, clean and big kitchen/dining/living room. Super close to the boardwalk for day-after thanksgiving excessive. Owner was extremely helpful, arranged to accommodate wary checkin and exceedingly commutative Would def recommend."

"Farida is a friendly and gracious host. Her home is absolutely beautiful. The neighborhood is safe and clean. It is the type of neighborhood you will want to take a walk through. The VRBO space itself is clean, quiet, relaxing and comfortable. You will find every amenity you will need. The air conditioning was perfectly cold on the 81 degree days we stayed. "It was a nice little place with close easy access to the 7 train to Manhattan. Plenty of places to eat nearby and close to Citi Field. There were small inconveniences like not flushing toilet paper, and the gas stove not lighting. The host was fairly quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a very pleasant stay!"
