"We rented this property to attend an event at Rio Rancho event center. I don't visit Albuquerque often but this location was easy to find and close to lots of stores and restraunts. The host have thought of everything to make your stay great. Kitchen was fully equipt. Bedrooms were comfortable with extra blankets, luggage holder, and laundry basket. "This property is absolutely beautiful and is away from everything which is great but only 15 minutes to Durango. The house is beautiful and spacious and the wrap around deck has a wonderful view of the snow capped mountains. The property is very clean and great water pressure for the showers. Some local wild life visited (mule deer and tons of anoles). I will definitely stay here again upon a return to ride the Durango-Silverton Narrow Gauge railroad again which was awesome.
