"Property is outside of town, but very convenient to town access. Extremely clean and useful property. 4 bedrooms and 3 baths with showers. Large kitchen and plenty room for family gathering. We were 3 friends on a golf excursion to northwest Oklahoma. We each had a room and bathroom. Loved the back porch overlooking the countryside. Couple of dirt roads to get there, but well maintained. 7-8 minutes back into Woodward. Plenty of food choices and two great grocery stores to make use of the full...

"This house is in a great central location in Ponca City. Very spacious and great backyard. "

"This was the ideal place for our golf team to stay. Had enough beds for our boys and enough personal space for the adults. Were able to manage things very easily here. Very positive experience. "

"Overall, it was great ! The western decor was excellent. The goodie basket they left for us was amazing. The hot tub was just the thing we needed to relax and enjoy! The Victrola was a nice touch. Furnishings were very comfortable and adequate. The only two things we would have changed is the hardwood floors were squeaky and the only TV available were apps. "
