"Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Fabrizio. La maison possède tous les équipements nécessaires pour passer de vacances sereines. La villa est située au milieu d'un panorama magnifique. La vue sur le Mont Sibillini est superbe. L'emplacement de la piscine est top, tout le monde en a bien profité !!Fabrizio est un hôte exceptionnel, il est généreux et plein de bons conseils. Nous gardons d'excellents souvenirs de notre séjour!"

"we all loved the property. It was just what we wanted an authentic Italian farmhouse to relax and refresh in. The pool was well maintained by a local who checked in everyday to see that things were Ok. We had everything we needed and would recommend this property if you want to enjoy a slice of real Italy away from crowds and the usual Tourist spots.Fantastic views and a stunning location."

"Sandra, the host who manages the property is so friendly and welcoming. There are groups of apartments around a courtyard each with a kitchen. Perfect base for exploring the area, but a car is needed. Swimming pool with views from the hillside. Parking spaces for each apartment which have their own charming names! There is also a panaramic function room by the pool, which would be excellent for any gathering. More details on their website."

Die Gastgeber sind unglaublich warmherzig und aufmerksam, was unseren Aufenthalt noch besonderer gemacht hat. Die Unterkunft selbst strahlt eine gemütliche und einladende Atmosphäre aus. Sie ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bestens ausgestattet – es fehlt wirklich an nichts! Die Lage ist einfach traumhaft, ruhig und idyllisch, umgeben...

"Der Aufenthalt im Bauernhaus war traumhaft schön. Um das Haus herum gibt es viele schöne Orte zum entspannen. Das Pool ist sehr groß und man hat einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge. Die Kommunikation lief unkompliziert und freundlich. Die Straße zum Haus hinauf ist zu Beginn eine kleine Herausforderung, aber mit ein bisschen Übung hat es gut geklappt.Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und würden wieder kommen!:)"

"Casa Wales was everything we were hoping for and more. Beautiful, well equipped house, lovely pool area and gardens with lots a space for family games or a quiet spot to sunbathe or read in the shade. Nearby Sarnano became a family favourite outing for our evening aperitivi and gelati, and an early morning cycle ride from there to Sassotetto in the mountains were some of the highlights. "Stayed for one month, having stayed before. Stefano and Anna are kind hosts. The house has everything you need for a stay of any length of time. The pool area is a nice respite from the heat. The living is comfortable with tv and couches. The kitchen is fully stocked with pot’s and pans of all shapes and sizes. Private gate and driveway. "Very quiet, amazing property. Our room had two bedrooms, three toilets, full kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker. Dining room. With terrace seating for eight. All built on the site of a 12th century monistary. Restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Views from every window. Would make for amazing family holiday. You need a vehicle!"

Solo il giorno prima dopo moltissime insistenze ed aver contattato il servizio clienti sono riuscito mioalgrado a mettermi in contatto telefonico. Una maleducazione e suppone za senza precedenti, NON ha permesso il soggiorno dicendo che la struttura era già occupata da altre persone e con altro operato. Parliamo del 14...
