"Put into no bed room, nothing was prepared. Breakfast is just some common items and in the reception hall offering, coffee is cold. Early check-in requested for 1:00 pm, but not available and their check-in time is 4:00 pm and charged for about 200$ is not worth it."

"Room refrigerator cycled on-off with loud buzzing during "on" cycle. Old container full of food found in microwave. Tub faucet missing hardware, tub drained clogged so that there was about 6 inches of water in tub during shower. There was dirt in the corners that had been there for years. In general the property looked old, worn with no concern for aesthetics, deep cleaning or maintenance."

"I booked my room on Expedia when I arrived the guy said he didn’t have my booking information when I showed him the email he tried to tell me it was going to take 30 min to 4 hours. I told him the money was taken out so it should be there. Then he tried to tell me they don’t do price match and charged me 342 for the night. I had to have Expedia call them to refund my money! Then charged another person I know a cheaper price"

"Very friendly staff. Clean rooms. Wasn’t a fan of the Bistro. Purchased a Buffalo chicken sandwich, didn’t taste Buffalo, to much blue cheese, and the chicken patty tasted not fully Cooked. I also waited 2 hours to get food, cook was running an hour late and the oven wasn’t working, only the fryer. Great stay but don’t purchase the food."

"Our room was clean and well appointed. But for weeks I had been asking for a pack and play for my one year old grandson. I got there before my daughter and her family and they told me it had been noted and then NOTHING! It took me writing a scathing description of this type of dangerous and child unfriendly check in for a pack and play to arrive at 10 PM after they had finally gotten him down to sleep on the floor! "Our stay was great. The rooms are clean and reflect the antique nature of the inn. It is warm and inviting. The inn keep is wonderful. Looking forward to following the renovations. "
