"Staff very friendly and nice. Extremely noisy. At first I assumed the windows were open. They were not! Broken sleep most nights from noise. Breakfast ok except for large pile of rotting bananas every morning. Fire alarm went off briefly. Called reception, they said no issue. Went off again. Went down to reception where a few of us were told off for not vacating. Staff on desk did not seem to know what to do. No message or reassurances from staff when we went back to our rooms. Left me feeling...

"Honestly struggle to provide a positive rating due to the safety concern next to a shelter. Openly want to be sensitive but there was trash and people sleeping in the foyer every night or in tents out front. The place was ok inside as well. On the positive it is close to rail station and city centre."
