"今回３度目の宿泊。ピアスのキャッチなど落ちており踏んでしまいました。清掃などは毎回不満があります。その他は全体的にキレイでした。また、シャワーヘッドが壊れており、洗面所、キッチンからはお湯が出ませんでした。電話し、迅速な対応を受けましたが、なおらず空き部屋もない事から、お風呂に入ることは出来ませんでした。ただ返金対応や丁寧な謝罪でとても良かったです。 今回は101でしたがエレベーター前で毎回他の客の声が響きわたり気になりました。"

"The property was very beautiful and well maintained. The restaurant on the 4th floor had beautiful views but the selection of food was very limited. I didn’t like that my ocean view room had a view of another building and a small part of ocean view to the side. Also an airport shuttle would be great. Overall we really like this hotel and will be coming back in the future."

It’s the perfect place to stay although it’s not that close to Hakata stn. -We were traveling as a family of four with elderly person and we chose the biggest room they offered, I LOVE the cleanliness/the size of the bed&room/ the lighting/the bathroom is not too dim as much as I worried/the soundproof is not that bad at all/the curtain is perfectly fine/8 body and face...

Food store Reganet Cute opens 7am to 22pm just opposite to hotel, no need to go around for convenience stores. The restaurant may not be a good option but Starbucks, MacDonald, Yoshinoya, Komeda just at the near cross section."
