Staff were friendly and always available to answer questions. The only difficulty experienced was with the on-site spa and the inability to access the jacuzzi unless you pay for a very expensive spa treatment. It is also almost impossible to get an appointment if you don’t schedule 2-3 days in advance so we could not access the jacuzzi at all during our stay....

The room as well as the rest of the common areas were dirty as if they have not been cleaned for weeks, the food at the restaurant was really bad and they did not have any of the plates offered in the menu. The hotel looked nothing like the pictures posted and we were really disappointed by its state. "

The service and staff are lovely, welcoming and really polite (Niluh!) - the pool is great and the location is also very nice a bit far from the crazy parties so that you can go whenever you want.
