"I liked the fact that everything was handled professionally by the friendly staff and the spaciousness rooms. The breakfast could offer more variety in my opinion, but it was good enough. You may want to consider to not reside on the top floor since there are seagulls residing on the roof and you'll hear them - It didn't bother me personally but I can imagine that it would bother others."

"Our stay at The July was beyond excellent. Exceeded our expectations. We met family in Amsterdam and they all stayed in the busy museum district. We had wanted something more like a neighborhood that was more relaxing. This spot is perfect for that. We did walk a lot and use ubers. "We stayed in a 1 bedroom canal view space. Very comfortable and good space to spread out after a long day of exploring the city. There's no a/c, which we knew prior to our stay. Thankfully there was a fan provided which made a world of difference in the comfort level. Be sure to use it in the summer!
