"Sauberkeit vom Zimmer: wie bereits beim Check out am 13.06 am Schalter besprochen sende ich Ihnen das nachfolgende Feedback zu dem Zimmerzustand. Leider hat niemand von der Hotelseite auf meine Beschwerde inklusive Bildmaterial per Mail reagiert. Auf der Matratze waren 2x Blutflecken zu sehen und eine sehr verschmutzten Matratzenstoff. Die 2 Blutflecken und die verunreinigte Matratze waren trotz Bettlaken sehr gut zu erkennen. Ehrliche Meinung, es war widerlich. P.S. Den Stift und das weiße...

"Very nice and helpful staff. Gave me a quiet room on request. The only issue was the air conditioning didn't seem to work and it was extremely hot in the room."

"Although the room was clean and had comfortable beds. I did not expect to not see basic tea/coffee machine in the room. The breakfast was poor with no choice of any hot food, just yogurt, bread, some deli and drinks. The shuttle dropped off at the nearest bus stop which means you have to walk with luggage about 2 minutes which is okay, but with a little kid it was not very comfortable for me holding 3 suitcases and a child. Next time, I would find another property."

"Our stay at the hotel was great. It's very close to the airport and they offer a free shuttle, which is very convenient. The only drawback during our stay was that the internet/wi-fi signal in our room was extremely weak (room 211), like barely no signal. We complained at the reception during the checkout the next day and they promised to send a technician to check. Also, it's not very easy to find where the shuttle stops - easiest way is to follow the P29 - Airport Clinical signs when you exit...

"The hotel was clean, the staff especially at the restaurant and bar are amazing. Breakfast spread was something to talk about- the spread was really something never seen in other restaurants. On the down side, getting to this hotel proved to be a nightmare! Too close for the airport cabs, not easily accessible by train, and too far to walk with your luggage and suitcases. "Das Zimmer war neu saniert und sehr sauber. Super Lage - im Süden - Nachteil sehr warm und keine Klimaanlage - daher etwas hot in der Nacht. Kostenlose Parkplätze ausreichend vorhanden, was mit der Buchungsgrund war und auch das kostenlose Frühstück, welches jetzt nicht so erwähnenswert ist, aber für mich war es ausreichend, um in den Tag zu starten. Alles in Allem würde ich es für eine Nacht wieder buchen."
