Accommodating up to 6 guests, our cozy home boasts a backyard oasis featuring a year-round hot tub, patio set, BBQ, and gas firepit. Unwind, indulge, and make unforgettable memories at our charming abode. Book now for an incredible Niagara Falls experience!

The Space:
The home boasts 3 sleeping rooms allowing 6 people to stay comfortably. 2 bedrooms are located on the second floor along with a full bathroom featuring a shower/tub combo. 3rd sleeping room is located a few steps down from the main floor with glass sliding doors leading to the backyard. *This room is separated from the other spaces but does not have a door, closet or blackout curtains.

Your comfort is our priority. We provide our guests with towels and linens and all basic essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, soaps, etc.

Onsite washer and dryer are available for your use.

Our kitchen is equipped with all basic appliances and utensils for your use including a regular drip coffee maker, microwave, kettle, pots, pans, baking dishes and more.

FREE parking available for up to 4 vehicles.

Other Things to Note:
Our backyard is set up for guest enjoyment but respecting our neighbors is a priority. All guests must adhere to outdoor quiet hours between 9pm-9am. Outdoor noise levels must be kept to a reasonable volume at all other times.

Bbq is on a guest sharing system. Guests are responsible for cleaning before and after use. No propane tank is needed, it’s on a gas line.

Check out time is strictly 11am. Unauthorized late check out fees apply.

Interaction with Guests:
I’m best reached through Airbnb and available in case of emergencies.

Good house that is close to Niagara falls. The listing mentions it sleeps 6, which is overly generous. We had 5 and one had to sleep on a couch with a mattress pad on it. Accommodations were good enough as we spent most of the time out of the house visiting the local attractions.

The tree out front was the first thing I saw, so cute. The property was beautiful, clean, and had everything we needed. The location is close to the casino , and the host was incredibly welcoming and helpful. Thank you Alisa!

The house is super cute and charming and we had a wonderful time. We especially loved the backyard and how private it was with lots of spots to hang out like under the gazebo, beside the firebowl and soaking in the hottub.

This was our first time renting a house and it didn't disappoint. So clean plenty of room and they literally thought of everything! The back yard so peaceful. Glad we chose this house it helped make our vacation that much more special thanks😊

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this cozy cottage. Loved the yard and hot tub after full days of sightseeing. Highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Cute decor with a boho vibe. Back yard is a nice oasis, and in my opinion the best part. The shower is VERY awkward if you are more than 5 foot. The locking system for house was not working properly, but host was quick to react and problem was solved. Overall, a nice stay for a Niagara getaway.
