Shower was fine, but no way to turn on the water unless you were in the shower which meant you had to suffer the cold water until you were able to get the the temperature correct. "It was fine for what we needed. 12 hours to rest and sleep overnight. It's a university dorm so set up well and the beds were VERY comfortable. Some marks and divots on the walls and the bathroom floor was wiped over but not "cleaned". Rest of the bathroom was good. Towels, bedding, pillows provided. Free WiFi."

Got a new duvet and had to put it into the cover but the cover had hair inside. Fast forward to third day and then we ended up with an ant infestation, ants migrating through baseboards and carpet. "My wife and I have traveled all over the continent and this might’ve been the greatest stay we’ve had! Our room was awesome, the food was amazing, and the staff were so friendly. The falls were within walking distance and we felt very safe. Would definitely stay again. Can’t recommend this place enough!"

"The hotel in general is dated. They charge 25$ per night for parking, with signs posted everywhere they are not responsible for vehicles in parking lot. Parking sucks and your lucky if you get a space if an event in going on. I watched some person attempting to break into all vehicles in parking lot. Front desk was called and nothing was done. They never send security out or anything, we just watched a person attempt to break into everyone’s vehicle. Nightly"
