"Outstanding size and comfortable rooms! A very nice neighborhood to walk our small dog. The couches were also very comfortable, and there were 2 great dining spaces, plenty of Roku TVs, too.The backyard is good for watching birds and roadrunners, but the fence is in need of repairs. The kitchen could use a few more additions such as hand towels, pans and a knife block. It is well-supplied with coffee cups. We needed more cleaning supplies in the kitchen. Over all a wonderful place to stay. "

"We had a great stay in a clean, well set up, and beautiful property. The houses are well done, and the event space looked great even though we didn't use it. I-30 makes getting into many of the best parts of Dallas easy, but you're in a rural setting where you can enjoy some breathing room. And bring your fishing pole, the pond has some great ones and is beautiful to hang out at either way."

"Our family stayed here for 5 nights to watch the solar eclipse, and it was absolutely fantastic! Justin and Stacy were wonderful hosts, very responsive to message communications leading up to the stay, and they ensured we had everything we needed, including leaving us farm fresh eggs and coffee.
