This completely remodeled three-bedroom getaway boasts a luxurious all-suite layout and a coveted location just steps from Balboa Beach. Grill out on your balcony, furnished with seating for two, or curl up next to the gas fireplace. Additional highlights include a well-equipped full kitchen and a convenient private garage.

Make yourself at home in the sunlit living area, detailed with a sofa, a gas fireplace, and a new HDTV. Whip up delicious dishes in the well-equipped kitchen, configured with helpful gadgets and ample cookware. Sample appetizers at the kitchen bar for three, then sit down to home-cooked meals at the dining table for six. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a private washer/dryer are included. Beach chairs and a beach umbrella are provided with this rental.

Home was as described and very cute and comfortable. Very close to the beach and parking was not an issue. We used the day pass public parking since my car is large. Easy to use. I would book the same location again.

This is really the best spot for two couples since its 2 master bedrooms but an additional room, so one couple didn't get stuck with a smaller room. Loved this little gem.

The VRBO was excellent. Looked newly remodeled and was decorated in such a nice way. The appliances were wonderful. Top of the line. Although the stackable washer and dryer was quite loud. The big and only drawback was the garage. We found it difficult to get into and out of. Also, if you have older folk, the stairs can be difficult. At night, the traffic is loud and the people walking to and fro. Especially Fri night. We left on a Saturday. The amenities could not have been better. Lots of towels. Thank you for this stay. The location was perfect!

This was a perfect spot for our girls weekend! Walking distance to everything we needed. The apartment was clean and exactly as presented on line.

The flat is clean and well laid out with a bathroom for each bedroom. Fun location, though a little noisy at night. Owners thoughtfully provided fans which we used to drown out the sound so the little ones could get to sleep. Overall a positive experience! The hose in the garage was super helpful for rinsing sand off after the beach.
