Huge open family room. 100 steps to the sand. Easy reserved parking!

Upstairs 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo with a large open concept kitchen/family room and vaulted ceilings. (We also manage lower condo unit, message me for listing link for larger groups traveling together) Unit has a front balcony patio with a gas BBQ and seating. Master with queen and en suite, 2nd bedroom with queen, 3rd with full over full bunk bed. Kitchen ready to use with dishes, pots and pans etc.. It has a Keurig, and coffee pot as well as a Crockpot. Washer/dryer sand toys, chairs, and umbrellas in the garage, 4 bikes available. 2 car reserved parking. (one in garage, one in driveway) Parking is hard to come by, so this is awesome! Drive way is large enough for vans and SUVs. Great central Newport location. Easy bike ride to Balboa or Huntington Beach. About a mile walk (takes us about 30 mins along the water at a leisurely pace) to the Newport Pier for restaurants and shopping. Only about 100 steps from the front door to the sand. The beach out front is much less crowded than those closer to the pier and public day use parking lots. We have really tried to make this place feel like home. Our annual beach trip has created priceless family memories. We are nuzzled in a quiet and safe family neighborhood. We have several families that stay at our place every year and have made it a part of their tradition as well. We are not a large property management company, just a family doing our best to keep our home updated and comfortable to make it a great place for your family to call home base during your time at the beach. We are happy to help with your vacation in any way we can! We love sharing our favorite restaurant or day trip ideas!

We enjoyed the stay and location. The house was fine it but it has the wear of being used often by renters. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks for answering the call when we were separated from our house keys. Aloha

The price and quiet location were excellent! The parking spaces are definitely needed. The washer and dryer are an added bonus. There was a lot of beach stuff for our use in the garage, however, we just used the bikes (we could not get the locks to work). We did not cook, but the only consumable supplies in the kitchen were coffee filters and dish washing supplies. I really feel the place needs some love and a good cleaning. I lived on the beach for decades and understand how the salt air adds a layer of dust to things, but it was been awhile since things like portable fans, blinds (that you will want to open), floors, etc. have been cleaned. For starters, the bed was not a queen as listed, the blinds in the room where too small to cover the window, and the overhead fan did not work, etc. If you are okay with things being broken and dusty, you will love the location and the peek a view of the waves from the patio.

The property was as described for the most part. No AC though and had to relight the hot water tank for hot water. Close to the beach, neighborhood quiet for the most part.

The location of the property was fantastic and it was great having two parking spaces. Wouldn't come back though until a few repairs were made. The mirrored closet doors had cracks across them. The outside patio furniture was completely rusted and it was flaking off. The tile was broken and lifted on the front balcony. All of these are safety concerns. With a little care it could be a fantastic property.

Being a block of the beach was wonderful. The house was very nice. Items Didn’t work correctly. The microwave is broken. The heater is broken and it was a very cold weekend. The front door lock needs to be changed as it is very difficult to turn the key and lock open and closed

This property is everything as described in the listing. It is spacious, in a quiet neighborhood and literally steps to the beach . The property owner Stephanie is easy to communicate with and is very helpful and nice. I would highly recommend staying here.

We loved the property and location. Everything in the listing is absolutely correct and we would happily recommend to friends and come back. The only thing we had to complain about is the next door neighbors were fairly loud and up past 2am both nights. With the closeness and windows being open it was very annoying and hard to sleep well. Still a 5/5 property that being said.

We have stayed at this property twice now and we love it! It’s offers a huge living room and balcony! Tons of space and pretty much everything you’ll need to stay by the beach! The host is awesome and always prompt with replies. Never had an issue! 10/10 would recommend and rent again!!!

This is an amazing property and close to the beach. This is our third year staying and we will be back next year! Our family loves it and it’s a great staycation. The host is very easy to contact and everything is so close you can walk to it! We love it!

Our family rented the upper & lower unit! We had plenty of room and did all our own cooking & eating in the downstairs back patio! 100 steps to the sand! (my grandson counted!) This is our 3rd time here and we will be back!

We have stayed at this beach house for multiple years and it never disappoints. Stephanie is a great host; responsive, accommodating and so easy to work with. The home is in a great location, the beds are comfortable and the amenities are an added bonus. It feels like a home away from home!
