However I was refunded, but this did not compensate the inconvenience caused.on my second night I didn't sleep because there were very noisy drunk German students having a party until 3AM. I was forced to find alternative accommodation for my third night as the staff informed me that she couldn't guarantee it would be quiet...

"We had a great stay. The family room was excellent and our kids loved the heated outdoor pool which we used when in February! The staff were lovely and we appreciated the little touches like snacks to take on our walks and home baked cookies. We will definitely be back. "

I was able to check in prior to the normal check in time and have a nice rest that afternoon. I was so grateful for that kind accommodation. I have some food, allergies and they were able to work within those restrictions, and provide delicious fresh flavorful meals.
