"This was our third stay at Magnolia, the staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The stream is beautiful and they just opened a restaurant. The food was really good. My only complaint is a cleanliness. I would suggest that they do some quality control around the cleanliness because the lodge was not clean. The floor was extremely dirty. There was some hair in the top. I didn’t feel comfortable using the kitchen because it was not clean.. just something to focus on moving forward....

"We had a wonderful stay at the Frog 🐸 Town Inn. My Wife & I only stay one evening and enjoyed a peaceful and quiet nights rest in the most comfortable bed! We enjoyed a delicious breakfast and will be back another time to try the dinner at the restaurant Butter. This was especially special to me to be here because my grandfather use to own this inn many years ago when I was a boy. To be inside again and walk the property, the memories just came right back. The guy offered me a different room, with a jetted tub, instead for the same price! Not to mention the jetted tub was in between the bathroom and the bedroom area. "Very pet friendly (including cats). Excellent value if you don’t need a lot of frills. (There is a refrigerator and microwave in the room.) Friendly staff. Charming rustic hotel in beautiful setting on lake. Easy drive to good restaurant/bar. We stop here every year on our way home but would definitely enjoy a longer stay. It’s probably even more beautiful in the summer with leaves on the trees."

"The owners were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and nicely decorated. The sunroom lounge is very nice. There is a pool and a sauna to use when the weather gets warmer. The property is in a great location since it is close to many parks and shopping towns."

"We wanted to enjoy the amenities, specifically the pool but we didn’t. The water was cold. Also, we tried ordering food by the pool but the staff said they only take orders until 5:45pm, we got there at 5:50pm."
