"Clean, welcoming and had everything we needed. Kitchen is well equipped, appliances are new and the cottage was very comfortable. My grand daughter and I are both exhibitors at the League of NH Craftmens Fair, so it made our week to be able to stay 10 minutes from Mount Sunapee. "

"I’ve gone back and forth on how to rate our stay here. The location was amazing, parking and check in were easy, and the hosts were very responsive to our questions. That said, the property had some cleanliness issues. Particularly in the kitchen, where we found very dirty cabinets and dishes. There is also no lack of decorative items in already small home. For families with young kids, note that the water heater is an RV sized water heater, which made getting our young kids cleaned up with...

"What a beautiful home and amazing hosts! Every little detail was thought of! We brought clothes, groceries, beach towels and sunscreen. Kayaks and paddleboards available with a short walk to the dock. Quiet, peaceful neighborhood and a large screened porch for coffee and afternoon naps. "The property is even better than it looks. It is so much bigger inside than you think. Plenty of space for everyone. There was nothing we couldn’t find or needed. Lots of great touches and very comfortable beds. We even got to watch fireworks from the back deck for Old Homes Day! It was a perfect girls weekend away!"

"This property is well appointed, cheerful and nicely located on the lake. My wife and I and another couple enjoyed the lake atmosphere with kayaking, sightseeing and shopping. Thanks to the owners for providing our perfect getaway."

"This house ideally suited the needs of our multigenerational family, with things to amuse all ages. It is spacious just as the listing indicated and it is generously appointed with a full suite of amenities, even such as spare toothbrushes.Quiet, picturesque setting near to skiing and the lake. "Wonderful well kept home with a lovely screened in porch. Great for morning coffee and relaxing! Nice backyard with a fire pit, picnic table and games. A short walk to the water, which was awesome! The lake was clean and refreshing! We made use of the kayaks and saw many loons with their young! Definitely recommend this place! "

"The property did not indicate this was a top floor condo. I have mobility issues and this was a real problem. There were several hairs on the bed sheets. I contacted the manager and he never responded. Washed everything myself including the mattress pad which had flakey debris on it, because we couldn’t just leave and lose our . Plus all our heavy luggage was painstakingly brought upstairs at this point. After a 5 night stay we still never heard from the Manager. This is not acceptable. ...

"This is an excellent property in Canaan, NH. It is minutes from town. And just 4-5 min from Canaan Motor Club. I picked this location as I was participating in a Track/HPD day at Canaan and it was perfect. Jennifer the host was great. Reached out to make sure everything was in order and if I needed anything. "We had a wonderful week at Lake Webster. The water is beautiful, the lake is quiet, and the house managed to fit our whole crew. Two young children, adults, dogs - we all had a great time and enjoyed staying at this house."

"Our stay here was wonderful! The property is gorgeous, so much space to spread out for our yearly family vacation (32 of us!). The kitchen is amazing!! You’ll have anything and everything you would need to cook. The pool was great for the kids, the deck outside overlooking the pond is a great spot to relax with a drink and snacks. Communication with the owner was quick and easy, it was clean and really had everything we needed to enjoy hanging with our family. Highly recommend!!"
