The Space:
Twelve On The Terrace is situated on Newbiggin-by-the-Sea's beach front with stunning sea views from each and every window at the front of the property. You'll struggle to find another holiday let like this in the town.
With a spacious living area, you’ll have ample space to unwind with your loved ones. Relax on one of the sofas or in the armchair and turn on the flat screen TV to keep up with your favourite shows. This space is also where you’ll find the property’s biggest selling point on the ground floor – the expansive, stunning sea views from the bay window.
If you want to make the most of your self-catering stay, the house has a fully equipped kitchen. Also sharing this space is the dining area so it’s ideal for socialising and enjoying meals together.
From the kitchen, you can walk through to the sunroom – a cosy snug at the back of the property that enjoys the warmth of the late afternoon sun. It's a lovely, quiet spot to read a book, relax, or catch up on emails.
Completing the ground floor amenities is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, WC and basin.
Twelve On The Terrace benefits from three cosy bedrooms. All located on the first floor, the master bedroom, has a comfortable king-size bed and offers the opportunity to watch the sunrise over the sea every morning. The second bedroom has a double bed, while the third bedroom has a bunk bed.
You’ll also find the main family bathroom on the first floor with a bathtub, golden overhead shower, WC and basin.
Twelve On The Terrace benefits from two private outdoor spaces at the property, making your stay relaxing inside and out. To the front is a long-enclosed garden with sea views, a corner seating area, and a table for outdoor dining. This garden is mainly decorative stone with a planted border including several rose bushes. To the back of the property is a small, enclosed yard with some potted plants.
