"This condo is perfect for 2 couples or a friends trip. It is exceptionally clean (and I am a germaphobe). The location is right in the middle of the bar and restaurant district. It is a 5 minute walk to the lake. Karen was very helpful and responsive throughout our stay. I highly recommend and my friends would too!"

"Loved the place and the remoteness. The water pump wasn't working, but a solution was promptly provided. It wasn't the best situation, but it worked. Also, the second bed appeared to be a mattress pad behind the main bed. We ended up just sharing the bed for the duration of the stay. Would return, but would love those issues/inaccuracies to be fixed."

"Immaculate apartment. Beautiful and calming decor. Atmosphere was lovely, smelled great, very clean. Outdoor patio and lawn a very nice bonus. Close enough to downtown to walk to shops/cafes or to the beautiful state park. We’d definitely stay again!!! "

"This property checks all the boxes--tons of space, beautiful grounds, amazing views, extremely clean and all the amenities you need and then some to have a relaxing stay with friends and family. We especially loved the location that was close to Wegman's, the Lake House, downtown Canandaigua and other paces along Lakeshore. The location is also great for brewery and wine tours in the other Finger Lakes. We would definitely stay here again. "

"We only wish we could have stayed longer. The house was spacious and comfortable. The grounds are beautiful. Loved waking up to a great view of the lake. Communication with the host was very prompt, pleasant, and helpful. Also loved the location. Short drive to Geneva and Waterloo where we had several great meals. And not far from waterfalls and hiking to the south. Passed several great looking wineries would have loved to visit as well."

We were a bit confused about the layout description initially but once we got there, it made sense and it readily accommodated all of us. "We stayed her for my daughters graduation from Hobart and William Smith Colleges. The property is beautiful and right on the water. Great backyard and beautiful views of the water. We didn’t get to swim as it was early May though. House has a ton of room and has everything you need to make it a comfortable stay. Would recommend for anyone with a larger family (there were 7 of us). Thanks for a great stay!"

"Tim's cottage is right on the shore of Seneca Lake. It's well cared for overall, has lots of personal touches from his his family's life, has a lovely deck overlooking the lake, and an excellent dock for relaxing on, fishing off of, and launching off into the lake in one type of boat or another.
