Brand new everything and a safe neighborhood. Luxuriously furnished with flat screen tvs in each room. Sleeps 6 but can accommodate 12 with Air Mattresses in the apartment. Close knit neighborhood which is 10 minutes from downtown Newark

Was amazing for being short notice. Host was above and beyond. Very down to earth individual that helped with all our needs

We couldn't stay we left immediately after checking in. Room temperatures were 98 no ac in kitchen and in the bathrooms. Funs in the rooms were not working. Staris carpet was smelling filthy no toilet papers in the bathroom. Surrounding area was full of little.

Quick stopover friendly

If you're looking for a place to stay near airport, then this will work out just fine. Was a little surprised only outdoor chairs in the family room, no couch or tv (no where to hang out with family). Shower head was really low (if you're over 5 feet 10 then you have to bend down to shower? Lacking glassware. Nothing to drink out of. TV's in bedrooms were great, beds were comfortable. Water and heat worked well.

Listing is incorrect

Members of our party had to sleep on the floor because the place was listed as sleeping 8 and 2 queen beds and two of the bedrooms. NOT TRUE. Every bedroom only has 1 bed not 2 only sleeps 6 not 8 and not even a couch. So my son had to sleep on the floor NOT happy at all. I had to message him the day before and get one of the other tenants in the building to let me in because information was not sent to me despite me messaging to ask.

Very good communication and house

I was very skeptical about this rental being that I was raised in Newark, and I know that certain areas were not very hospitable but this newly renovated family house was very clean, had all amenities that are needed for multiple nights, and made use of a additional room with a full-size bed in it (3bedrooms). I believe that the host outdid himself with the renovations being that most appliances and electronics are up to date and modern. He made sure I was very comfortable with this stay even walking me through some of his new renovations of the apartment building. I am very new to booking rentals, and he answered very effectively throughout the whole stay even being so welcoming to answering at all times through the day. Give this rental the benefit of the doubt because even the street itself is not that bad and the community does feel like family (everyone knows everyone). The host made sure I was parked in a comfortable spot right in front of the house, and assured me of my safety with the whole outside of the building covered in cameras. It was a pleasure staying here, knowing that me, my family, and friends can safely throw a get together and have a good time. FIVE STARS!!!
