-Must add pets to reservation. Pet fee is charged for additional cleaning. Any damage to furniture will incur an additional fee at replacement cost. No pets allowed on furniture.

- Maximum of 2 pets allowed.

-Provide accurate number of overnight guests and ensure that amount is reflected in your reservation to ensure accurate pricing for your stay. If the guest count is not accurate upon check-in, additional charges may occur.

-Must agree to additional cleaning on stays lasting 60+ days. Unit should be cleaned once per month at $150 per occurrence. An additional fee will be collected via AirBnB at time of booking.
