Come and stay in our Beautiful, Fully Furnished Condominium overlooking the Beautiful Atlantic Ocean. Relax and Enjoy the very Private Balcony accessible from the bedroom and/or the living room. The ocean view can be enjoyed from the bedroom, living room, dinette, and kitchen. Plan your Summer Vacation or Spend the Winter at our very Comfortable Condo. This Condo has 900 square feet of living. That is more than some two-bedroom units. The Bedroom has a King-size bed and there is a Full-size sofa bed for any company you may have.

DSL Wireless Internet is available in the Condo

This Condo is on the Top Floor, (5th Floor). Beautiful Tile Throughout.

In addition to the Full Bath which has a walk-in Shower, (no tub) there is a large Dressing Area that includes an Extra Sink. Plenty of Fresh Linens are included. This condo rental does not include daily maid service.


Oceanfront Heated Pool (seasonally), Kiddie Pool, Oceanfront Deck, Lighted Tennis Court, Shuffleboard, Tropically Landscaped Courtyard, Clubhouse, and Picnic Gazebo.

Fully Furnished and Equipped with Central Air Conditioning and Heat, Internet in the Condo, 2 Color TV's with Cable, DVD Player. There is no land phone line in the condo.

Full Kitchen including Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Range, Dishwasher, Microwave, Small Appliances including Coffee Pot and Toaster.

App Operated Washer and Dryer is conveniently located on the same floor just steps from the condo.


Heated Pool plus a Kiddie Pool, Lighted Tennis Court, Shuffleboard, and Clubhouse.

The Beach and Ocean offers Walking, Biking, Surf Fishing, Sunning, Boating, Sailing, Water skiing, Surfing, Jet Skiing and Shelling.

We have been many nice places in FL but this property is at the top of the list! The view from the balcony was fabulous! The beach was clean, we walked miles every day. The condo was exactly as pictured, no surprises. Kitchen is well stocked, bed is comfortable. Laundry room a short walk away. The property grounds are clean and well landscaped. Two morning we saw a rocket launch from the beach! There's a pool and kiddie pool. Many nice restaurants and a Publix within a short drive, Dollar General Market across the street. We can't wait to come back again.

Clean and comfortable. Some updates are needed, like one window needed sealed, as the wind was horrible a couple days and it made noise. We very much appreciated the two comfortable recliners. We did have to go to the store shortly after we got there for toilet paper, since we were only left one roll for five days. I also didn’t like that the box spring on the bed wasn’t covered.

Great location and views. The buildings are over 50 years old but in great shape. The unit was well updated and well stocked with everything you could need. The pool was beautiful also. They were undergoing their HB 913 inspection, but it did not bother us too much. Susan was very easy to work with. We will stay there again.

My wife and I had a wonderful time in March 2025. Unit was spotless and exactly as advertised. 5th floor beachfront unit with sliders access from living room and bedroom to a lanai. We would stay here again!

We loved our stay here! Very clean. The kitchen is well stocked. I cooked breakfast there every morning. The sunrise view from the balcony is breathtaking. This condo is perfect for your New Smyrna Beach trip. The pool is very nice too. There are steps to get to the beach, not a ramp. Just fyi, in case you bring a beach cart like us. We were able to watch the launch of a space x rocket from the beach outside the room. We would love to stay here again.

Amazing View !!

Totally enjoyed our stay at this top floor, oceanfront, updated condo. Owner provided sheets, towels, beach towels, zig saw puzzles, movies, books & a fully stocked kitchen. Everything was very clean and comfortable. Bathroom had a beautiful walk in shower. There are plenty of closets and storage space. The stores and restaurants across the street were a bonus. The complex is immaculately maintained. We had a wonderful time & would highly recommend this unit.

Thanksgiving Stay 2024

Very impressed with the view, beautiful oceanfront as described. Easy entry upon arrival and easy to contact property management for questions/concerns.Ground amenities were great with pool and games with plenty of seating options.Humidifier was definitely needed in the unit and was used during stay, could have been a more updated quieter machine but it worked.Clean and accommodating. Comfortable bedding and furniture. Furniture a bit dated but accessible, usable and most importantly clean.Plenty of room for 1- bedroom. Towels for bathing and beach were provided as were beach chairs. Starter paper products provided as was hand soap. Will need more and garbage bags for your own use. Plan on returning and will definitely be staying here!

Return Visit Even Better!

We stayed at this wonderful unit three years ago and were excited to return to find it has been renovated beautifully. The property the unit is in also looks well maintained . The porch faces the ocean and we enjoyed both sun and moon risings. The pool is wonderful with nice pool furniture. Parking space near the elevator..

Excellent large 1BR condo, very clean/updated and owner responded very quickly when there was an AC issue. Beautiful private ocean view from balcony, and sunrise is viewable from bed. Condo very well stocked with kitchen and other stuff. Nice big pool and wading pool for grandkids. Comfy large LR / DR and new pullout air bed.

Wonderful. Will definitely Return.

We liked the proximity of the beach, pool area, shuffleboard and overall cleanliness of the ground and property. Condo is located away from the driving beach added to the overall feeling of safety and security. Owner was accessible and responsive which was greatly appreciated. Noteworthy items - the website pics are not totally accurate as the owner is in the process of upgrading and modernizing. So it is actually better than what the pictures show which is a good thing. - that there is only about 5 to 20 feet of beach during high tide. You could still sit on the deck area and enjoy the ocean. - the washers and dryers are in a common area and do not take coins. you have to use a phone app. - an on site property management office is available and helpful in answering questions.
