"Everything was great. Comfortable bed with a lot of blankets and pillows. We didn't cook but there was everything you'd need if you chose to. Easy walk to Flagler Ave. and beach access."

"The property was just as advertised a nice concrete sidewalk trail right to the beach from the property. Beach and pool accessories on site. Overall I give this place a 10 out of 10. The only conplaint is the lanai room kind of had a pee smell maybe from someone’s passed pet or something? But open the door and turn on the fan it clears in no time. Thanks again for everything!"

"Look no further this condo has it all! Super clean and has a ton of extras: 4 beach chairs, coolers, beach toys, umbrella/pop up tent for beach. Keurig coffee maker with coffee pods supplied, pool towels, comfortable beds, quiet complex. Pool overlooks the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. 7-11 is a few steps from the condo great for quick needed items. We thoroughly loved our stay here and will be back!"

"We loved our time at the EbbTide property. Very clean, exactly as listed. Owner was super helpful prior to check in and during our stay. We had one minor hiccup with an electrical outlet and he addressed it immediately. The property has everything you need plus lots of extras which is incredibly nice. We've stayed at a LOT of vrbo's and this one was by far one of our favorites."

"Let me just say, the home is located across the street from Izzy’s Island and 7eleven. Izzy’s was perfect for lunch and 7eleven had pizza for dinner when we got back from a festival. The home was stocked with everything we needed. It was also very clean. I personally slept on the sofa mattress and it was comfortable. The AC worked fabulous. I definitely would stay here again if I go back!"

"We were meeting family for a wedding at Chase's On The Beach in NSB, and this rental provided the perfect location and space for our group. It had everything we needed, and ample space for our family of 6 (total, divided between the two units). It is also right on the beach, with a convenient taco/ice cream stand across the street. It was definitely better than any of the local hotel options that we have used in the past."

"Upon arrival we discovered the elevator was out of service and had been for sometime. This was not disclosed on the website or by the property management. If we would have known about this we would have booked elsewhere saving my wife from having to go up and down 3 flights of stairs inflaming her tendonitis on her left foot. Needless to say she was in a lot of pain the entire weekend. When we did manage to get to the pool area we discovered that the hot tub was out of order as well. There were...

"This condo is all you can ask for to have a perfect stay in NSB! The accommodations are impeccable - everything is so organized, clean and meets any need imaginable. Amy is an incredibly gracious host and was quick to respond to any questions or needs we had. The building is located directly across from the Rec Center #1 pool, making it convenient to shuffle kids to and from for naps and mealtimes. We hope to stay here again in the future!"
