Direct Oceanfront Luxury Home with Unobstructed Ocean View / No Drive Beach
Beautifully furnished 4 Bedroom 3 Bath home with Panoramic Ocean Views.

The Main Level:
Upstairs boast an open floor plan that allows the guest to socialize from all areas. Large chefs kitchen with high end appliances and two islands flow into the dining areas large round table looking at the Atlantic Ocean. In the family room, Sit Back & Relax on the Tommy Bahama sectional sofa and take in the view.

Off of the Family room is the Primary bedroom with a King size bed and private bathroom.
Lie in bed watching the morning news all the while taking in the beautiful sunrise from the comfort of your bed.
Upstairs Guest bedroom also flows off the large open socializing space. Complete with a queen size bed and private entrance full bathroom.

Walk outside to enjoy the expansive deck and enjoy the Florida sun or beautiful night air.
Dine outside at the six seat table or sit back on the reclining lounge chairs or couch.

Lower level:
Downstairs also has its' very own family room with panoramic views of the ocean, complete with comfy pottery barn couch, two sitting chairs, coffee table and smart tv.

Located on the other end of the family room is a little quiet zone with its own private sitting lounge.
A great spot for reading, napping or taking in the view.

Guest bedroom #2 has a King size bed, dresser, sitting chair and full bath just outside the entrance.

Guest bedroom #3 is complete with two full size beds, dresser, sitting chair and large closet space.

The couch pulls out to a queen size bed and the lounge chair pulls out to a twin.

Walk outside to the shaded paver patio and enjoy your morning cup of coffee or an evening cocktail.

The house is fully equipped with all the comforts of home, including linens, towels, beach towels,
WIFI, 3 Smart TV's, 2-Sonos Play 5, Tankless Hot Water Heater (everyone gets a hot shower).
The fully accessorized Kitchen has everything you will need to prepare great meals.
Located in the garage is the washer and two dryers.
Main level and downstairs boast open floor plans.

The house was beautiful and very clean. We had multigenerational family in the house and the proximity to the beach was perfect. The owner was as very quick to respond to any communication. We loved our week in paradise!

This is the best house we have stayed at in New Smyrna Beach - and we have been vacationing there for 20years. House provided everything you need for beach day. Honestly- don’t waste your car space on beach items! We never even got ours out of the truck. House had ample beach towels and bath towels. We had four different aged couples at the house with kids and everyone had a great time.

Perfect beach access from back door. Owner was very responsive. Appreciated the bikes, water toys, supplies etc. that made it feel less like a rental and more like a home. We would stay again!

This is a beautiful home with a view and deck that never disappoints! The house is spacious with open spaces and a kitchen that lacks in nothing! Beautiful appliances and stocked with anything you think you might need. The beds were very comfortable and it’s very quiet with no through traffic. David was very quick to respond, not that we needed anything! Would love to return!

Thank you for sharing your beautiful beach house with us this past week! Our family had an amazing time. The house was so spacious,clean, and stocked with many amenities and appliances. The views of the beach were gorgeous and it was only a few steps away. We appreciated the many amenities, such as bicycles, beach chairs, and linens, which made packing super easy on our end. We would love to stay again sometime in the future. Thanks again for having us!

This house had above and beyond everything to offer. The most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. Plenty of room for a large family. So close to the beach which was perfect for my elderly mother so she could just sit and watch the sunrise and sunset from the porch. Can’t wait to go back!

We loved this house, beach front, plenty of room for all 10 of us, beds were very comfortable. Lots of space for adults and kids. Dave the owner was quick to reply and so kind and helpful! Would highly recommend and hope we can go back in the future!

Our family of five and three of our extended family had a wonderful stay! Thank you for such a warm and welcoming home, along with great customer service! The house is beautiful and we had all we needed and more to enjoy a great week at the beach! The owner was very responsive and kind. We had a great experience and highly recommend David’s home!

Our stay at this beach house was nothing short of spectacular! From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted by breathtaking views of the shimmering ocean stretching out before us. The house itself was a haven of comfort and style. Every detail had been meticulously thought out, from the beautifully renovated interior to the abundance of plush towels and well-stocked supplies. It truly felt like a home away from home. One of the highlights for us was being able to wake up to the sound of the waves crashing against the shore and stepping out onto the balcony to enjoy our morning coffee while taking in the panoramic views. The location couldn't have been more perfect. Not only was the house just steps away from the beach, but it was also conveniently close to everything the area had to offer. Whether we wanted to explore charming local shops and restaurants or simply relax on the sand, everything was within easy reach. The owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring that our stay was as enjoyable as possible. Their attention to detail and dedication to providing a top-notch experience truly set this rental apart. Overall, we can't recommend this beach house enough. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway or a fun-filled family vacation, this is the perfect place to create lasting memories. We can't wait to return!
